Our firm’s latest hire lacks a deep knowledge of family law in Arizona. Nor can she write a legal brief, or even answer the phone. But what she lacks in traditional law firm skills, she more than makes up for in eagerness and team spirit.
DeShon Laraye Pullen PLC is proud to introduce Tasia “Sugar,” a Chow Chow and our official office mascot. Known affectionately as “Shoogs,” she was born on Jan. 31, so she’s still just a puppy, but she’s quickly learning on the job.
According to the American Kennel Club, Chow Chows, often called simply Chows, are known for their muscular, square, medium-sized bodies and short gait, along with their broad, flat heads. Chows have blue-black tongues, the only dog breed with this feature except for the Chinese Shar-Pei.
The AKC describes Chows as bright, dignified and serious-minded. We like to think that this describes our attorneys too. We devote our time, experience and talents to helping our clients with a wide variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody matters and alimony disputes.
The next time you’re in our office, perhaps you will get a chance to meet Shoogs. Although you may be going through a difficult time in your life, hopefully our office mascot will help brighten your day.
