If you have been following this blog for a while, you may be wondering who was DeShon Laraye Pullen PLC’s employee of the month for August. Today, we present the employees of the month for August and September.
We are pleased to announce that legal assistant Lisa Eick was DeShon Laraye Pullen PLC’s employee of the month for August. Jessica Hurley, another of our legal assistants, earned the honor for September.
Both Lisa and Jessica have been working very hard, taking on tasks beyond their usual workloads. Thanks to their incredible flexibility, they both perform a variety of duties, along with delegating tasks and following up on work to make sure the firm is meetings its deadlines.
“Jessica and Lisa have excellent work ethic,” one of their colleagues said. “They both genuinely care about the well-being of not only our clients, but also our family.”

Another colleague cited Jessica’s impressive volunteer efforts for Gwen’s Gladiators, our team in the upcoming Phoenix-area Light The Night Walk to raise money for leukemia and lymphoma research.
